CONSIGNMENT TERM & PICKUP

Period: The consignment term is 60 days from the date of intake.

Pick-Up Window: Unsold items must be collected within 14 days (2 weeks) of the 60-day term ending.

Abandonment: Items not picked up within this 14-day window become the sole property of Designer Consignment & Jewels and may be donated or sold without further compensation to the Consignor.

PRICING & DISCOUNTS

Discretion: The Shop reserves the sole discretion to set listing prices and apply markdown or promotional discounts to ensure inventory movement. • Firm Pricing: If the Consignor requests a 'Firm Price' (no discounts), this must be requested at the time of drop-off and noted on the intake sheet.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE (tiered)

Payouts are based on the final selling price (after discounts, excluding tax). • Up to $499.99: Consignor receives 50% • $500.00 - $799.99: Consignor receives 60% • $800.00 and above: Consignor receives 70%

CONDITION & LIABILITY

Quality: Clothing must be clean and "floor ready"; jewelry must be in good repair. The Consignor guarantees all items are authentic. • Risk: Designer Consignment & Jewels handles items with care but is not liable for loss or damage due to theft, fire, or customer handling.
